The Management Development & Research Centre at Calcutta Business School aims to deliver cutting-edge business and management insights through various Executive and Management Development Programs for working professionals. Executive Development Programs (EDPs) and Management Development Programs (MDPs) are organised throughout the year. The Management Development Programs (MDPs) are aimed at enabling the working managers to effectively handle changes that the business world is constantly witnessing. The programmes also help CBS learn about the problems faced by the industry, thereby empowering it with greater knowledge to impart to the students.
CBS has a fully air-conditioned, residential Management Development & Research Centre to serve the participants better. The facility has dedicated state-of-the-art seminar rooms with a capacity of 120 participants, designed to organise training programs. The residential facilities are housed in a building which offers 3-star accommodation in 50 single and 10 double rooms. The building also has recreational facilities, executive lounge and dining hall. Other facilities include well-stocked library, round-the-clock Internet connectivity, and access to online journals. Besides, participants of Management Development Programs (MDPs) can also access sports and recreational facilities at the campus.
